You can simulate up to 6 sensors with the PSI5-Simulyzer.
In this mode the PSI5-Simulyzer take part as one or more sensors. One way is, to connect only the external ECU.
The other way is, that the simulated sensor or sensors will be combined with additonally external sensors.
This is only possible at the asynchronous mode.
This block diagram shows the connection of addionally daisy chain sensors.
This kind of simulation allows:
Manual input of constant values.
Default signal sequences defined by oneself.
Variation of the electrical and time parameters within, as well as outside, the range of tolerance.
The injection of recorded sensor data, which were exported before.
Testing the control unit in abnormal situation by generating any kind of Bit-, Parity- and CRC errors.
The manipulation of the init phase by following variation possibilities:
Hexadecimal input of the init data, which will be sent by the sensor in the init phase.
Repeat rate of the init data which are sent.
Start delay - time after power on when the sensors start to sent the init data (20 to 1000 ms).
